Vegetarian Recipe: Green Pea and Mushroom Soup

The vegetarian recipe for Green Pea and Mushroom Soup:

  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 can button mushrooms (slice)


  • salt to taste


  1. Place green peas, button mushrooms and adequate water in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and briefly simmer.
  3. Add salt, stir evenly and serve.
