- 1/2 pumpkin (500 g) peel, deseed, cut into cubes, steam for about 15 minutes and set aside
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Put steamed pumpkin cubes + 2 1/2 cups of water into a blender.
- Puree until smooth and fine.
- Slowly pour the pumpkin puree into a pot.
