Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into small cubes)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into small cubes)
- 10 soya nuggets/vegetarian roasted chicken 素食香酥鸡 su shu xiang su ji (defrost and dice)
- 4 shiitakes (soaked in the water until soft and dice)
- 3 cups of rice (rinse)
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Method
- Heat up 1 cup of oil, stir-fry diced shiitakes + soya nuggets.
- Add rice + salt + vegetarian seasoning + soy sauce + 6 cups of water and briefly stir-fry.
- Cover the pan and simmer over high heat until half absorbed.
- Change to low heat and simmer until fully cooked.
