Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf of vegetarian fish/素食乌柳宜 su shi wu liu yu (defrost and mince)
- 5 turmeric leaves
- 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- Heat oil (1/2 cup) and stir-fry minced vegetarian fish + salt + curry powder + turmeric powder + sugar until fragrant.
- Dish out and combine with tapioca starch.
- Divide the filling into 5 portions.
- Wrap each portion in a turmeric leaf.
- Fasten the dumpling with a toothpick.
- Put in a 180°c oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Serve.
