The vegetarian recipe for Mango Lassi:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Topping

  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour the puree into 2 serving glasses.
  • Garnish with crushed pistachios before serving.
