The vegetarian recipe for Mango Lassi:

- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour the puree into 2 serving glasses.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios before serving.
