Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds)
- 1 orange bell pepper (cut in half, remove stem end and seeds)
- 1/2 loaf of vegetarian fish/素食乌柳宜 su shi wu liu yu (defrost and mince)
- 1 piece of bean curd (mash)
- 3 tablespoons of self-rising flour
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
Method
- Combine minced vegetarian fish + mashed bean curd + salt + vegetarian seasoning + self-rising flour + some water.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell pepper halves.
- Pan-fry over low heat until golden brown.
- Dish out, drain and serve.
