• 1 kg of pumpkin (peel, remove seeds, shred and set aside)
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of rice flour


  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • Combine all ingredients and seasoning with 5 tablespoons of water.
  • Form the pumpkin mixture into flat rounds (take a sauce plate as a mold).
