Ingredients
- 4 pieces of bean curd (crush)
- 1/2 loaf of vegetarian salted fish (defrost and mince)
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
Method
- Heat 1/2 cup of oil. Stir-fry minced vegetarian salted fish until fragrant, dish out and set aside.
- Stir-fry crushed bean curd + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder.
- Then, add the stir-fried vegetarian salted fish.
- Stir-fry repeatedly.
- Cover the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
- Dish out and serve.
