The vegetarian recipe for ‘Silver Ear Mushroom Simmered with Cheese and Tomato’:
Ingredients
- 2 silver ear mushrooms/snow fungus (soak in water until soft, wash, remove hard ends and tear into small pieces)
 - 2 tomatoes (cut into small cubes)
 - 2 portions/32 g of soft cheese
 
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 
Method
- Heat oil, saute silver ear mushrooms + tomatoes + soft cheese + some water.
 - Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
 - Add salt and combine evenly.
