Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes (steam, peel, mash and set aside)
  • 1/2 pumpkin (steam, peel, mash and set aside)
  • 1/2 cup of white sesame seeds
  • 2 cups of self-rising flour

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Method

  • Combine mashed potato + mashed pumpkin +  self-rising flour + salt.
  • Add some oil and mix evenly.
  • Roll into ball shapes.
  • Coat with white sesame seeds.
  • Fry until golden brown, dish out, drain and serve.
