- 4 potatoes (steam, peel, mash and set aside)
- 1/2 pumpkin (steam, peel, mash and set aside)
- 1/2 cup of white sesame seeds
- 2 cups of self-rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Combine mashed potato + mashed pumpkin + self-rising flour + salt.
- Add some oil and mix evenly.
- Roll into ball shapes.
- Coat with white sesame seeds.
- Fry until golden brown, dish out, drain and serve.
