- 1 cup of groundnut kernels
- 1 kudzu root (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup of red dates
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil.
- Add groundnut kernels + red dates + kudzu root cubes into the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
- Lastly, add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
