The vegetarian recipe for Vegetable Sauce:

servings – 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 160 g frozen mixed vegetables (defrost)
  • 2 portions or 32 g soft cheese – suitable for vegetarians
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  • Place mixed vegetables, soft cheese, evaporated milk and water in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth and fine.
  • Gentle pour the puree into a pan, add salt and bring to a boil.
  • Serve.
