Ingredients

  • 10 winged beans (slice)
  • 2 tablespoon of soya mince (stir-fry, dish out and set aside)
  • 3 fresh chilies (slice)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Stir-fry winged bean slices + chili slices + salt + vegetarian seasoning.
  • Add stir-fried soy mince and saute.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of water, cover the pan, briefly simmer, dish out and serve.
