  • 10 bean curd puffs
  • 2 cups water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat oil, saute white pepper powder, salt and sugar until fragrant.
  2. Add bean curd puffs and water.
  3. Simmer until fully absorbed.
