Ingredients

  • 1/2 carrot (dice)
  • 1/2 cup soy mince
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Heat oil, form the mixture into balls and fry until golden brown.
  3. Remove, drain and serve.
