The vegetarian recipe for Butter Rice:
servings – 18 rice balls
- 1 cup rice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 4 slices ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- Heat butter and saute ginger until fragrant.
- Place the ginger plus butter, rice, water, nutritional yeast flakes and salt in a rice cooker.
- When the rice is ready, scoop out and let it cool down to warm.
- Form the rice into balls.
- May serve with Golden Spring Sticks.
