The vegetarian recipe for Black Sesame Dessert Soup:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black sesame powder
  • 1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Stir-fry (without oil) black sesame powder and glutinous rice flour until fragrant.
  2. Dish out and place in a pot.
  3. Add water, bring to a boil and briefly simmer.
  4. Add sugar, stir evenly and serve.
