Ingredients

  • 1 carrot (dice)
  • 4 potatoes (peel and dice)
  • 2 tomatoes (dice)
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 cups water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp white pepper seeds (crush)

Method

  1. Place butter in a pot and saute until fragrant.
  2. Add carrot, potato, tomato, crushed white pepper seeds, salt and water.
  3. Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes.
  4. Serve.
