The vegetarian recipe for Simmered Wood Ear Mushroom in Mushroom Sauce:

Ingredients

  • 4 wood ear mushrooms (soak in water until soft and cut into small pieces)
  • 6 vegetarian fish balls (cut in half)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  • Heat oil, add wood ear mushrooms, vegetarian fish balls and adequate water.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Add vegetarian oyster sauce and salt.
  • Stir evenly and serve.
