Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower (cut into florets, wash and set aside)
  • 1 cup of self-rising flour

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Combine self-rising flour + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder + some water and form a frying batter.
  • Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and coat evenly.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Dish out, drain and serve.
